- 구성원 전원, 1) 구인/구직 비율 하락, 2) 퇴직률 감소, 3) 경제적 사정으로 인한 파트타임 고용자 수 증가, 4) 고용률 감소, 5) 유휴 일자리/실업자 수 비율 추가 하락, 6) 점진적인 실업률 상승 감안 시 고용시장은 정상화 중

(These included a declining job openings rate, a lower quits rate, increases in part-time employment for economic reasons, a lower hiring rate, a further step-down in the ratio of job vacancies to unemployed workers, and a gradual uptick in the unemployment rate.)
